1. Not professional advice
AskTzu is a decision-support and educational tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, or tax advice, and the Service does not provide therapy or counseling. If you face a mental-health crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis hotline. For legal, medical, or financial matters, consult a licensed professional.
2. AI, not human
Your mentor is an artificial intelligence. It has no credentials, licenses, or ability to know facts about you beyond what you share. Its guidance is generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.
3. You decide
The Service offers perspective — a recommendation with reasons, risks, and a way to review the outcome later. The decision, and responsibility for it, are always yours. We make no promise that any decision you make will turn out well; our promise is a better decision process, not correct outcomes.
4. Historical content
Classical passages quoted in the Service come from public-domain historical texts, presented in our own translation or paraphrase with sources. Historical anecdotes are simplified illustrations, not scholarly editions. Modern frameworks and books are referenced by attribution (e.g., "pre-mortem, popularized by Gary Klein"); we do not reproduce copyrighted text.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, or that the Service will fit every situation. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of income, relationship outcomes, career success, or any other result.
6. Report a concern
If any content in the Service seems harmful, unsafe, or misleading, email support@asktzu.com. We review every report and act quickly.
